Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tristan Chapen and I have lived in Washington my whole life. I started working at the ripe age of 15 years old. My first steps were in the construction and remodeling field, and later I explored my artistic side by starting a successful glassblowing business at 20 years old—which I ran for 10 years.

While building that business, I continued to stay active in construction and maintenance on the side. Eventually, I became a Maintenance Supervisor in low-income housing, a role I’ve held for the past three years. Although rewarding, I knew something was missing. I’ve always felt called to do more—to build something meaningful for myself and my family.

That’s why I launched Danes Family Trades. I’m precise, professional, and a true perfectionist when it comes to any and all work I do. I’m excited to bring that same energy, attention to detail, and passion to homes and families throughout our community.
