About whom we are and what we do.

Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tristan Chapen and I have lived in Washington my whole life. I started working at the ripe age of 15 years old. I started working in the Construction and Remolding field and then moved to doing Glass blowing when I turned 20, I started my own Glass blowing business and had that up and going for 10 years all while still doing Construction and Maintenace on the side before covid hit. I then became a Maintenace Supervisor working in Low-income housing I have done this now for 3 years and am just not for- filled in my daily adventures. I always knew there was more to me and more I am wanting for myself and family. I am precise, professional, simple and a true perfectionist when it comes to any and all work I do, and here we are! Your new Neighborhood Construction and Remolding business. I am truly excited to see what the Future holds for me and for all of my clients.
